What we do

Everything you need
to get PPWR-ready

Packaging portfolio mapping

Formats, materials, weights, functions and markets, so you know exactly which PPWR requirements apply to each packaging line.

Compliance gap assessment

Recyclability, recycled content, minimisation, labelling, reuse and EPR duties checked against your documentation and supplier evidence.

Implementation roadmap

An action plan with owners, deadlines, data requirements, supplier asks and packaging change priorities.

PPWR reporting & Authorised Representative

We report for you directly, or act as your Authorised Representative in the EU where the regulation requires one.

Supplier evidence

We collect specifications, purchasing data, packaging sheets and invoices, and ask suppliers only the questions that matter.

EPR & country registration

Registration and extended producer responsibility across Member States, each with its own fees, categories and exemptions.

Built around Regulation (EU) 2025/40 and its deadlines

Who is in scope

Every company that places packaging on the EU market: manufacturers, importers, distributors, e-commerce and brands, regardless of size. Distance sellers need an Authorised Representative in each Member State.

What it demands

Recyclable design, minimum recycled content in plastics, packaging minimisation, harmonised labelling, reuse and refill targets, PFAS limits in food-contact packaging and EPR registration.

Timeline

In force since February 2025, applicable from 12 August 2026. Labelling from 2028, design and content targets from 2030, stricter targets by 2040.

Why Greenometer

We know what AI will not tell you

PPWR cannot be solved with one form. The details sit in national registers, with your buyers, with your suppliers and inside your ERP.

01
Country registration
Registration duties depend on packaging type, volumes, your role in the supply chain and national rules. We know the registers.
02
Buyer cooperation
Larger B2B operations must know where packaging ends up, who places it on the market and under which regime.
03
Supplier involvement
The fastest route combines supplier specifications, purchasing data, packaging sheets and invoices with targeted follow-up, not a new form for everyone.
04
ERP integration
Larger operators need PPWR work linked to EPR reporting, since every country has its own fees, categories, exemptions and data requirements.
